Try to keep people at home by strategically enacting and revoking public health and safety laws.
- Use the 'Laws' button to enact laws
- Virus spreads by proximity when an infected citizen coughs
- Mask laws reduce transmission range but make people unhappy
- Shops let citizens buy toilet paper which increases happiness
- Parks quickly increase happiness when citizens visit
- When happiness gets too low, people will start protesting
- Immunity is a measurement of how close a citizen is to recovering
